Nonetheless an excellent title for anyone who likes The Sims. I strongly recommend having more than an hour at a time to play this, the antics and objectives alone will set you back by at least a few for one career. Then the fun really starts, once you finish a career, you pick a different job which starts a new career and basically start over, except, you keep you're skills. As you play, you develop your abilities and get better jobs in up to 7 career paths, eventually you move into better places, and get paid more, and soon you kick you're dad Malcom out of his mansion.
You start off as either a man or a woman with the name of you're choosing, you're living at you're mom's house, and she's dropping hints every few moments to get a job, and get out. Out of the entire Sims series' so far, Bustin' Out was my favorite.

Also, your mood menu telling you of your sim's needs can temporarily get stuck in a full max bar state making it hard to plan what to do next, though it clears itself up after a little bit and doesn't actually affect gameplay. There are a few problems though the game fails to generate an icon for your character's face properly still, so when it would appear for certain tasks such as when you're at work you get a black box instead. Under D3D11 all the censor effects work perfectly fine now from what I could see, and the game held 100% constantly. Very playable with default settings and D3D11. Very playable with OpenGL, stable around 25 FPS, very few FPS drops and the icons which displays the current task in the top left corner (such as attending work) glitches every once in awhile, audio sounds perfect with DSP HLE on Export your TBO GCN save as GCI and backup your TBO GBA save as necessary before using the GCN-GBA feature (TBO GBA save uses EEPROM save format). GCN-GBA hook-up works as intended (like the real hardware) but could cause corruption if you are not careful because VBA-M 1292 is a little buggy and finicky. Minor slow-downs with censor effect active. After that switch, game responded normally at 30FPS/60VPS. Glitchy censor effect under Direct3D (documented in problems section). The icon for the player character (like when he's at work) displays as garbage but all other icons look okay, didn't notice any other graphical glitches. But since it's the Sims and it has frameskip built in the drops aren't that annoying. This revision seems to have made framerates slightly more stable, and Skip EFB Access helps a bit as well but it removes censor effects ironically.
Bounces between 85-100% speed ingame unless looking at an empty space.
